"Great location and amazing views. The hotel needs modernization. Rooms are cleaned daily but not always thoroughly. Most of the staff are very rude (with the exception of a few waiters and cleaning ladies). The men handing out towels on the beach, in particular, seemed as if they were working under duress. The food is monotonous and not very tasty."

"For the price you won’t get a better holiday, staff are amazing so happy and can’t do enough for you. To the person on here who said the staff were rude, you must have had a terrible attitude. Food is 7/10 so if you’re expecting British food then go Benidorm. We managed to find things we liked so all good. Hotel is very clean and one special mention about the drinks, which are the strongest I’ve ever had at an all inclusive, especially if you tip the waiter 😉. Can’t recommend this place enough"

"We had a lovely stay at Bel Azur. A special thank you to Amel on reception, who was wonderfully helpful with my mum, who uses a wheelchair. She made sure we had a spacious room and was always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. All the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s a large hotel with great facilities — two beach areas and several pools, so there’s plenty of space to relax. The rooms could do with an update, but have big windows and we had a nice view of the sea. One small suggestion would be to install a disabled toilet in the foyer area, which would make things even more accessible for guests with mobility needs. Overall, we really appreciated the care and kindness of everyone at the hotel — thank you for making our stay so comfortable."
