"This hotel is very dated and needs to be totally renovated, especially the hotel room's .is rated as a four star and its not ,totally disappointing, the food i was very concerned about eating also , the smell off it was enough to put you off ,spend my hoildays eating out ,the outside pool wasn't heated and the staff weren't very helpful also . I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all ."

"Nice hotel with minor worse details. There were hens and roosters by the pool, which was in a way nice, but when they leave sh*t behind that's not really nice in an area where you walk bare-foot. The pool was really freezing! The kids hurt themselves from the slide, the outer layer of it was out-dated. The floors were like ice, when they were wet. And it's natural that they are wet, because people come and go from the pool and also from the outside, 'cause it was raining. Water was also leaking from the lobby's roof, when it was raining really heavily. The restaurant was really good; the breakfast was really rich and had a very good variety of food. We ate a few times there on dinner time and the food was nice. One night there was a buffet with Canarian food, which was amazing! The drinks are included in the price which was also very pleasant! The hotel was infested with drunk British holiday makers, which enjoyed the animation program. For us it was not interesting at all. There was supposed to be flamenco on Saturday night, but when we went to see that, there was some live music and some British guys hanging out with their shirts off. A bit of a downer... The minigolf course was old and in a pretty bad shape. The garden around it was beautiful though. It's good to have a shuttle bus to the center! The personnel in the hotel was amazing! They were friendly and always helpful. All in all, our stay there was very pleasant."
