Pershing Yacht Terrace is very different, but no less impressive. Showcasing design and interior flourishes inspired by the nautical world, even the bar’s shaped to emulate the sleek lines of a Pershing 9X yacht. And the cuisine? Expect international-style tapas by Executive Chef Oscar Salazar paired with signature cocktails
