"From the moment we arrived, the welcome was exceptional. Mahmoud on reception is outstanding — he remembers you! your room number every time and makes you feel genuinely looked after. A real credit to the hotel. Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The minibar is restocked daily — the first set of chocolates is complimentary, and you can pay a small amount for extras if you wish. Housekeeping was faultless throughout our stay. The entire hotel is spotless, and cleaning standards are consistently high. Food & Drinks: Every restaurant we tried was excellent. My personal favourite was Alex on the Beach, with The Gourmet Kitchen coming a close second. All the food is freshly cooked, from perfectly made eggs in the morning to a superb mixed grill in the evening. I’m very careful about what I eat abroad due to a sensitive stomach, but I didn’t have a single issue here, which speaks volumes for both the hygiene and food quality. Cocktails & Bars: The cocktail menu is fantastic, offering something for everyone. Every drink is freshly made, whether you fancy something fruity or a stronger evening cocktail. Perfect to enjoy by the pool or during the evening entertainment. Service — Where This Hotel Truly Shines This is what makes this place truly special. One evening, I felt a bit chilly while watching a show and wrapped myself in a towel, the next night, a staff member brought me a beautiful shawl without me even asking. It’s small, thoughtful gestures like that which make a holiday memorable. Every single member of staff, from reception to poolside, was exceptional. Elia kept us hydrated daily and always with a smile, Sobhy runs the poolside restaurant effortlessly, and the entertainment team, lifeguards, and gardeners all greet you warmly and work tirelessly to make everything perfect. Their hospitality feels genuine and heartfelt. Overall: Pure Lifestyle isn’t just a lovely hotel, it’s the people, the service, and the atmosphere that make it truly unforgettable. The entire team is an absolute credit to the hotel."

"Our stay at the Steigenberger Pure Life Hotel in Hurghada was very enjoyable.. the hotel and surrounding facilities offered many activities; the multiple restaurants offered a variety of tasty cuisine and the staff were all very professional, friendly and attentive.
