Crowne Plaza Limassol

"We spent 4 nights with 3 kids on the last days of October in CP Limassol. The location of the hotel was approriate as it was a 10 minute drive from oldtown Limassol/Marina of Limassol. It is located next to a four-lane busy road right on the shore of the sea however the noise level was bearable (note that our rooms were facing to the sea). It's definately worth to pay the extra on the sea facing rooms not just the noise level however the view. We spent 3 nights in two interconnecting rooms and 1 night in a family superior room. The latter was on lower floor (level 1) however the view on the sea/pool was more impression thanks to the glass railings. The higher located (fourt floor) rooms had separate balconies with further view and less noise if the bar/pool area. In the night you could sleep by open windows and could hear the sound of the sea waving by the shore which was quite relaxing. Sleep quality with excellent in both type of rooms, in the family superior rooms the kids had a pull-on sofa bed but they did not complain. There is a current construction next to the hotel (a new wing is beeing built) however the hotel noticed it by booking. It was't bothering however we might have been there on non-working days (weekend and a national holiday). The hotel has direct acces to the beach with free-of-charge sunbeds and umbrellas for staying guest which is a nice touch. You can even order by there from a bar/grill menu so as it is convinient either. Breakfast had a wide selection of local dishes either and eggs to order (omlette) so you can start your day fullly loaded. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was helpful with every our requests. I would definately recommend this property and would come again"

"My parents have mobility issues and they asked if the hotel could help them organise tours to different places of the island. The lady at reception was like “no we don’t offer these services”. They are not good on the internet. They could have made an effort to help them. After that stay the Hilton Nicosia was the complete opposite and so helpful. How can you call this hotel 4 star when the service is 1 star"

"Our second stay for a fabulous week to chill out. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and facilities super clean. There is plenty of space in different areas for relaxing, chatting, refreshments, snacks and more. The clean outdoor pool is cold or refreshing (depending on your viewpoint) and surrounded by deck chairs which come in and out of shade during the day. Our city-view room had plain decor and was clean and large with a huge bed. A shout out for Sheila, the smiliest waitress who always brought happiness to our breakfast, the breakfast omelette maker from Nepal and the behind the scenes cleaners who kept our room immaculate. Waiters in the bars are always helpful and friendly. We ate breakfast and light meals in the bar area, none of which disappointed and they have higher end restaurants open in the evening."
