Apartment LIVVO Oasis

"Stayed as a couple early March 2026 - Apartments are smallish but clean and reasonably appointed, no microwave and only a 2 ring hob but all functional, small under-counter fridge with ice box able to take a bag of ice (no ice tray) shower room well appointed including a grab rail in the shower stall, shower was good quality with both rainfall and positional shower head options, beds were fine for us with extra blankets available, good hanging space/wardrobe with safe (payable) and air con. We had a ground floor apartment which I would definitely recommend if you have mobility problems as the spiral staircases looked a challenge. Location was a few roads back from the main "Strip" (about a 10 minute walk) We only went into the onsite bar once, it's a bit "rough & ready" but other guests seemed to like it. The pool area looked fine but we mainly stayed around our apartment so can't comment on facilities there. Staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient - reception assisted with the hire of a mobility scooter for us too (reception is not open at weekends after 4pm so plan accordingly) . Our main issue was the levels of noise, as someone who is noise sensitive I found it difficult to handle the lack of noise insulation in the apartments, the furniture does not have dampening pads on the bottom of chair legs etc so every time staff or guests move anything you hear it and when you have apartments above and either side of you it's a lot - a simple fix of felt pads on the furniture legs would make a difference, also, whilst the staff were lovely, they do communicate by shouting ... all day... so don't expect a lie in or an afternoon nap. There's a Spar shop about 5 minutes walk (turn right out of complex) and we used the little tapas bar on the nearby cross roads a few times which had good food - on the main Strip we found some good restaurants, Antica Trattoria, Lani's, La Terracita De flores, (all book ahead) Sorrento di Italia and Mini India all recommended. We were disappointed by the behaviour of some of our fellow Brits in the complex but that's no fault of the residence - would we return ? probably not (we'll go back to our usual adults only choice) but it was fine for the price we paid at short notice."

"Best hotel in Puerto del Carmen! I normally come with my husband but, due to illness, he couldn’t come. The hotel is great and the staff are all really lovely. More like friends than hotel staff. Although I was alone, I never felt worried or uneasy by myself. The apartments have everything needed for a pleasant stay, the kitchen area is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The cleaning is to a very high standard. The pool bar is great for snacks and breakfast. The pool area is clean and well looked after. Not being too close to the Strip, the hotel is quiet but it is all within an easy 5 minute walk. Maybe not great for those with mobility issues as it is uphill and some of the pavements are uneven but definitely worth a try. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so as long as we are able!"

"Just back from Livvo Oasis 14th February 2026 and what an excellent holiday we had . All staff were very friendly and Rosa our maid was excellent . went out of her way to help us she was friendly kind and very caring also Clarleys bar was top notch good food and lovely cold beer at great prices.A big Thank You All x"
