"This hotel is certainly not a 5-star, nor even a 4-star experience. At best, I would rate it a weak 3 stars. The rooms are outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect, with mould present and a broken showerhead. The food was of very poor quality—mostly reheated, highly processed, and lacking in freshness or taste. The variety was disappointing as well, for example the same uninspired pasta dishes served day after day. Nothing felt freshly prepared. Perhaps most disappointing was the service. The staff, particularly at the reception, came across as rude and unwelcoming, which left a very negative impression overall."

"Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!"
