"Went to this hotel for a whole week when we got into the rooms the beds with comfortable and was nice and clean however the room doesnt have a iron, ironing board or a safe so we just left all our valuables out in the open as no where to put them, the shower was bipolar one minute it was nice and warm and then it would go freezing cold to then scorching hot to the point where myself and a few other people in my group got burns on our backs because of how bipolar it was, the breakfast was okay was no hot stuff was all continental so sucks if you have people that are picker eaters, the pack lunches were awful none of the food for the sandwiches and wraps were fresh, the wifi was awful kicked us off every two minutes the food at night was good however some of the staff weren't pleasant one of the kitchen staff had a right attitude with me when I had to take the pizza back that we had ordered because they had cooked my twin the wrong one and they have no food there other than breakfast that has gluten free or dairy free options and dont even ask if any of you have any food allergies or intolerance and no signs above the food either to tell you what it could contain the rooms also have no fridges and wanted to charge my twin 60 euros to have a fridge in her to put medication in it and they dont even have a fridge downstairs either where visitors can store medication that needs to be in the fridge so overall dont recommend the hotel as it was very disappointing for what we paid for the rooms as alos not soundproof like they claim on their website as above my room and next to my room you could hear everything the visitors was doing in the room. Nosie level were okay apart from hearing everything your neighbours were doing through the walls. This hotel is not worth the money or value that you will pay to stay here. Overall the atmosphere was good got a good welcoming atmosphere just the services and that was poor and the location is awkward if you want to go into the centre of Paris it is expensive to get a user to and from the hotel and the shuttle buses are always packed."
