COVID-19 - Turkey

Important information for flights to, from and within Turkey.

The Turkish authorities have implemented strict travel restrictions for flights to, from and within Turkey from 21st March. easyJet will not be operating any outbound flights to Turkey, however will operate flights leaving Dalaman and Antalya to try and allow as many people as possible to return home. 

Flights from 21st March until 31st March will be cancelled.

Customers who have their flights cancelled will receive an SMS from easyJet with advise to visit Manage Bookings to book onto the rescue flights returning from Turkey on 18th, 19th,  20th March.

You can book yourself onto a rescue flight in a couple of different ways:

  1. Sign into and go to Manage Bookings
  2. Turn up at the airport as early as possible on your preferred day of departure and we’ll get you onto a rescue flight if there are seats available

We’ll be accepting bookings on a first-come, first-served basis so if you do wish to fly, please book yourself on as soon as you can.  Once you are confirmed on a flight, we do ask that you please show up for that flight – this will help us get people home as quickly as we can.  In addition, if you do not show up, you will no longer be entitled to claim expenses under Regulation (EC)261/2004.  Please note, you will not be able to book on more than one flight, so make sure you have reviewed your time and date before confirming your booking.


Your choices if you do not wish to travel.

If you no longer wish to travel, you have the following options to choose from:

  1. You can choose to switch to a different flight through  Manage Bookings
  2. You can apply for a refund through  Manage Bookings. Simply enter your booking details and follow the prompts.

Customers who didn’t book via or the Mobile App

If you booked through a tour operator, travel agent or OTA, you will need to contact them directly.
