We’ll automatically transfer your cabin bags and hold luggage allowance to your new flight. If there is a limit on cabin bags on your new flight this will be shown to you during your change.

If you’ve already paid for a seat, we’ll keep you in the same one, or as close as possible. You can see your new seat numbers both on the confirmation page and confirmation email.

If you miss your flight but arrive at the airport no later than two hours after its scheduled departure time, you can transfer to the next available flight by paying a “Rescue fee".

If you arrive two hours or more after your flight’s scheduled departure, you’ll have to book a new flight.

If there’s room you can transfer onto an earlier flight leaving on the same day for a small change fee. This can be done by our Ground Crew in the Bag Drop area at the airport.

If you're an easyJet Plus customer or have booked an an Inclusive Plus fare, you can transfer onto an earlier flight departing on the same day as your original return flight for free. For easyJet Plus bookings, this can be done on the day of your flight once you have travelled on your outbound flight, subject to seat availability. Simply call our dedicated Customer Services team to check availability and quote your easyJet Plus number to change your flight for free. For Inclusive Plus bookings, simply make changes online or on our mobile app (if within +/-1 day if your original travel date) or contact your original booking agent.

You can also transfer onto an earlier flight departing or arriving at a different airport, as long as it's within the same city, location or region as your original booking. Example airports within the same city or region:

• London (Gatwick, Luton, Southend or Stansted)
• Paris (Paris Charles de Gaulle, Paris Orly)
• Milan (Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa)
• Central Scotland (Edinburgh, Glasgow)
• North West England (Liverpool, Manchester)

If your flight has been delayed or cancelled please see our delays and cancellations page. If you’d like to change your booking you need to Sign in with the email address and password used to make the original booking. You’ll then be able to view your booking under 'View Bookings' and choose which booking you would like to make changes to. You can also do this via our mobile app.

If you need to change more than three characters to correct a spelling mistake, you’ll need to contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to help you.

To use your Flex Pass, please follow the steps in the Flight Changes section above.

If you’ve purchased Flex Pass with your booking, you’ll be able to change each of your flights once, including the departure date, time, arrival and departure airports, without needing to pay a change fee.

Changes can be made up until 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of your original flight.

If you’d like to make any changes to your booking, your Flex Pass will automatically be applied at checkout once you’ve selected your new flight.

If your new flight is more expensive than your original flight, you’ll need to pay the difference in cost. If your new flight has a lower fare, the fare difference will not be refunded.

Once you’ve used your Flex Pass to change a flight, normal change fees will apply.
