If you’ve not already checked-in you can add or change seats up until two hours before your flight departs by logging in to Manage Bookings.

If you’ve already checked-in and want to change your seats you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team and they will make the changes for you.

If you're travelling with children or infants it's important that you tell us when making a booking so we can sit you all together where possible. Simply add the number of children and infants and their ages during the booking process.

If you haven't booked seats then the best chance of sitting together with family and friends is to check in as early as possible. Check in opens 30 days before departure and we recommend you check in as early and possible and no later than 7 days before your flight. Whilst our seating system will always try to seat families and friends together, seats are allocated on a first come first served basis so the earlier you check in the more likely you are to be seated together. If you leave it to the last minute it's possible that there may not be enough seats left for us to seat your group next to each other.

To sit in our over wing and some of our Extra Legroom seats, you have to be able to help in an emergency and for safety reasons there are some restrictions. 

Passengers are unable to sit in Exit or Emergency row seats if they are:

• an infant
• sat with an infant on their lap
• pregnant
• under 16 years of age
• deaf or blind
• mobility impaired
• requiring a seat belt extension
  
  

If you choose this seat for a passenger in one of the above categories, we will allocate them another seat on boarding.

Infants (children under 2) have to sit with an adult either on their lap or in an adjacent seat.

If you’re booking online, you can choose to seat an infant on your lap for a fee. If you’d prefer them to have their own seat you won’t be able to book that seat online so please call our Customer Service team who will be able to help you.  Infants sitting in their own seats will need to be secured in a car seat for take off and landing.

Minimum pitch: 29” / 72.5cm

Minimum width: 17.5” / 44cm

If you think this size might be difficult for you (such as special medical requirements, a broken leg, or if you are of a large build), then you may need to buy an additional seat. This can be done by contacting our Customer Service team.
