Departing from Bristol Airport
1. Check-in online

- Whether you are travelling with cabin bag only or hold luggage, please check in online.
- You can check in online and print your boarding pass from 30 days and up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
2. Bag Drop

- Bristol has one terminal.
- The easyJet Bag Drop is located to the right through the departures entrance.
3. Departures

- Our departure lounge is accessible through the central security search on the first floor.
- We have 16 gates in total (at present) and gate 16 is the furthest away, being 475 metres from the start of the walkway to the gate entrance.
- There is an abundance of flight information boards throughout the departure area. Please check these screens for flight updates and gate numbers.
Arriving at Bristol Airport
- All international flights are met by our ground crew and your flight will be presented to immigration, through immigration is the baggage reclaims area, where information boards will inform you of your belt number to retrieve your luggage.
- The baggage office is also located in this area, in case of lost of damaged baggage.
- Domestic flights have their own arrivals halls. Ground crew will again meet your flight and lead you to the correct area.

- Bristol airport operates a silent terminal policy and no announcement are made for boarding and gate closure. Please keep an eye on the flight information screens to ensure you are aware of the gate number and boarding time of your flight.
- Ensure you give yourself plenty of time to get through the security search area in time to board your flight. The journey times to the gate area can take between 5 and 15 minutes once you have exited the search area.
- The assistant point for passengers with reduced mobility can be found next to easyJet Bag Drop desks. This company also have a desk in the departure lounge next to Travelex.
- We have a fully staffed easyJet sales desk, where you can obtain any further information about your flight.

Cabin bags only?
If you only have cabin bags you can head straight to the departure gate. Remember to check in online 30 days and up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure and to print your boarding pass ready for your flight.

Hold luggage
If you have hold luggage, check in online and print your boarding pass, then once at the airport, take your bags to one of the easyJet 'Bag drop' desks located in the departure hall.

On time
We recommend arriving at the airport with plenty of time before you depart so you can get through security and find your boarding gate.
