A few useful tips

- Kosovo nationals should be aware that in order to travel from Kosovo to Switzerland the only acceptable form of documentation is a valid, in date Passport (plus Visa if applicable/required). Therefore if you are planning to leave Switzerland to travel to Kosovo and return to Switzerland at a later date please ensure you have the correct documentation to enable your return.

- Passengers leaving to Israel will have to get a stamp on their boarding pass prior to accessing the security area due to additional security measures: this can be obtained at the dedicated security desk which will be located close to the relevant easyJet bagdrop desk. Passengers who have only a mobile boarding pass will have to collect a printed/paper copy at the easyJet bagdrop which will close 40 min. prior to the departure time.

- The Airport Information Desk is situated on level 2 of the terminal building and is open daily from 05.30am to Midnight.

- Although both currencies are accepted, in the French sector of the airport, it is normal to pay in Euros, and in the Swiss sector to pay in Swiss Francs.

- You can cross the border between France and Switzerland inside the airport terminal. You just need a valid passport or identity card. The cross-over point is situated at Departure level (level 3).

- There is no possibility to cross the border between the car parks.
