Refund request form


Many of our customers are opting for a flight voucher which can be automatically issued for the full value of your booking.

For a limited period, we’re giving easyJet travellers the chance to upgrade your future trip with your choice of an “extra from easyJet”. To give you time to plan your next trip your voucher and an ‘extra from easyJet’ will be valid for a whole year. This means you can redeem it for travel for any flight right through to the end of our current flight schedule, see here.

After requesting your voucher, you will be able to choose from one of the following options:

  • £50 towards your holiday with easyJet holidays - get planning your next dream break (T&Cs apply).
  • £5 easyJet Flight voucher - £5 extra per passenger per flight. So for a family of 4 on a return trip that means an extra £40 to spend on a future flight booked with easyJet.

Please ensure that all details below are accurate as we will not be able to process any erroneous request.

Our team are currently processing refund requests within 7 days, and this may take a few days to show as available in your account, depending on your bank. Please note that refunds are made to the account used to make the booking with us. Once you’ve submitted an online refund request, you can track the status of your request here.

Once the online refund request is processed, it will be applied to all flights on the booking, excluding any flights that have already been flown.

Please note only one online form will be accepted per booking and refunds are sent to the original booker. For any booking made via a 3rd party, please ensure to liaise with them directly to obtain your refund.
