Ios doesn’t have its own airport, so you’ll need to arrive by sea! The closest airport is on the neighboring island of Santorini,and the ferry from there to Ios takes only 35 minutes. Spend a morning hiking up to Panagia Gremiotissa, a picturesque church on a hill, and your early evenings wandering the narrow streets of the island’s cute villages. In the time in between, bask in the sun on one of Ios’ beautiful beaches, like Mylopotas and Manganari.
