easyJet is gearing up for its largest summer program to date. Recognizing that heightened global uncertainty has led to later bookings, the airline has launched a comprehensive ‘Book with Confidence Promise’.

Travel experts have dubbed this upcoming Bank Holiday weekend as "the best time to lock in a trip" due to uniquely low prices currently available for various destinations and packages.

A central pillar of the new promise is strict price protection. easyJet has pledged that the cost of flights and holiday packages will remain fixed once a booking is confirmed. Customers are fully protected from any subsequent fare increases, including rising fuel costs.

Kenton Jarvis, CEO of easyJet, stated:

“We understand that global events may affect travellers’ confidence at the moment, but we believe that everyone has a right to book their break with confidence. Our customers won’t be charged any more after they book, including no fuel surcharges".

Stable flight schedules

easyJet has confirmed its intention to run a full schedule across its network. The airline is prepared to fly more than 50 million passengers this summer, introducing 30 new routes from the UK tailored for both sun-seekers and city explorers.

Refunds would be guaranteed in the event of cancellations

In the unanticipated event of an airline-forced cancellation, customers are guaranteed a flight voucher or refund. For cancelled package holidays, customers will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund.

'Ultimate Flexibility' for easyJet holidays

To complement the flight protections, easyJet holidays is highlighting its ‘Ultimate Flexibility’ policy. This initiative is designed to let customers adapt their plans seamlessly:

• Customers can change their holiday plans with ease up to 28 days before travel.

• Cancellations made up to 60 days before travel will have the deposit returned as easyJet holidays credit (applicable to one cancellation per booking).

• Any installment payments made beyond the initial deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled up to 28 days before take-off.
