All amendments to existing bookings made directly on easyJet.com or the easyJet mobile app must be made online via Manage Bookings. You will need the email address used to make the booking and password to access the account.

Our Customer Services Team is there to help customers who are unable to manage their bookings online or are in need of special assistance. Making amendments via our Customer Services Team will incur a charge if the amendment could have been made online.  Please refer to our 'Fees and charges' guide for more details.

Changes that can be made online via Manage Bookings include:
  • Changing a flight or passenger name (including spelling mistakes)
  • Selecting or changing a seat
  • Adding hold items including hold bags, sports equipment, and excess weight
  • Obtaining a booking or payment confirmation
If your booking was made through a travel agent or third party, you will need to contact them directly to make any changes.
