Important updates: flights from Egypt

As you may be aware, Egyptian authorities have implemented strict travel restrictions and, as a result, we have had to cancel all flights from 20th March onwards.


Our last flight from Egypt will be on Thursday 19th March.

As you would expect there is a high number of people at airports right now, the best way we can help you to transfer your flight is via Manage Bookings. So please only turn up to the airport if you are booked onto one of our flights.We are continously reviewing our flying programme and will keep the availability updated as soon as we can. 

We’ll be accepting bookings on a first-come, first-served basis so if you do wish to fly, please book yourself on as soon as you can. Once you are confirmed on a flight, we do ask that you please show up for that flight – this will help us get people home as quickly as we can. In addition, if you do not show up, you will no longer be entitled to claim expenses under Regulation (EC)261/2004. Please note, you will not be able to book on more than one flight, so make sure you have reviewed your time and date before confirming your booking.


Your choices if you do not wish to travel.

If your flight was cancelled and no longer wish to travel, you have the following options to choose from:

  1. You can choose to switch to any other easyJet flight through  Manage Bookings
  2. You can apply for a refund through  Manage Bookings. Simply enter your booking details and follow the prompts.
