Departing from Geneva Airport
1. Check-in online

- Whether you are travelling with cabin bag only or hold luggage, please check in online.
- You can check in online and print your boarding pass from 30 days and up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
2. Bag Drop

- Our Bag Drop for all flights (except flights to France) is located in the main terminal, you can enter easily through door 5
- Our Bag Drop for flights to France is located in the French sector, which can be accessed through door 1 which takes you into the main terminal
3. Departures

- There is one central security point, departure level (except flights to France)
- For flight to non-Schengen countries, passport control is situated after security point
Arriving at Geneva Airport
- For flights arriving from France, bags are returned once in French sector then you will be directed to main arrivals area (international)
- If your bag has not arrived please contact “Guichet d’Information Arrivées” and claim for your bag online
-Special items such as pushchairs, car seats… are delivered on a separate belt “tapis S”
-Skis and snowboard are delivered on belt 9 until 22:30, after 22:30 on “tapis S”

- You may wish to use the city transport links as parking can be very busy and expensive
- There are lots of stairs and escalators in Geneva airport to reach the gate. We would advise, if travelling with a push chair, to drop it at the bag drop if possible
- The majority of shops and restaurants are located after security checks
- Restaurants in the gate areas open at 05:30

Cabin bags only?
If you only have cabin bags you can head straight to the departure gate. Remember to check in online 30 days and up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure and to print your boarding pass ready for your flight.

Hold luggage
If you have hold luggage, check in online and print your boarding pass, then once at the airport, take your bags to one of the easyJet 'Bag drop' desks located in the departure hall.

If you have any specific needs or access requirements during your trip, you can request Special Assistance online through Manage Bookings or by calling our Special Assistance Team, no later than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time.

On time
We recommend arriving at the airport with plenty of time before you depart so you can get through security and find your boarding gate.
