1. Who is responsible for your personal data?

easyJet Airline Company Limited and easyJet Holidays Limited, Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, LU2 9PF (“easyJet” / “us” / “we” / “our”) are the Data Controllers for the purpose of the easyJet and easyJet Holidays January Competition (“Competition”).

This competition takes place on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook (“Social Media”) which are not part of easyJet group and act as independent data controllers. Please read their privacy notices carefully before participating in the Competition as we do not accept any responsibility or liability for data processing activities controlled by these Social Media platforms.

This Competition is only available to participants who are aged 18 or over and UK resident. Anyone aged under 18 years will not be allowed to participate meaning we won’t process your entry.


2. Personal Data we process as part of the Competition

We use this Personal Data to run and manage the Competition. We will collect and share your Personal Data within easyJet group, our suppliers and partners supporting us for the Competition.

If you are the lucky winner(s), we will contact you directly via social media. Once you confirm your email address, we will deliver the prize via email. We may require proof of identity, residency, and/or age. You will need an easyJet Holidays account to redeem the prize.


3. How we protect your Personal Data

We are committed to protecting the Personal Data we hold about you by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised, unlawful, or accidental access, loss, destruction or damage.


4. Rights in relation to the Personal Data

You have rights with respect to your personal data we use under this privacy notice:

  • to request a copy of your Personal Data;
  • to transfer your Personal Data in a portable format;
  • to correct incorrect or incomplete information;
  • to delete the Personal Data;
  • to limit or object to our use of your Personal Data;
  • to withdraw consent where applicable.

To ask us to do one of the above, please contact us at social2@easyjet.com. We may need proof of ID. Some rights are not available at all times; if we cannot comply, we will explain why.
