For ease, when we talk about “we” or “us” or “our” or “easyJet”, we mean easyJet Airline Company Limited, a company with registered office at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9PF. easyJet Airline Company Limited is the Data Controller of the Personal Data used to manage your registration and attendance at the ‘Drop Everything’ filming day (the “Event”) taking place at and around Bishops Square, Brushfield Street, London E1 6EG (the “Location”).
‘Personal data’ means any information that can be used to identify you. We are responsible for deciding how to use and collect personal data and to ensure it is handled properly in line with this notice.
This Event is available to adults only. Anyone aged under 18 years will not be allowed to participate meaning we will reject your booking and refuse access to the Event.
2. Personal data we collect and how we use it
We will collect and share your Personal Data within easyJet to manage and run the Event, and support operational, safety and legal requirements. We also share your Personal Data with affiliate companies of the easyJet group and third-party suppliers who support the Event and related promotional activities.
With your permission, we may also take photos, recordings and videos during your attendance to promote the Event across social media, newspapers, television and online media.
We may also use your personal data to contact you, run our business, and comply with legal obligations.
