easyJet "Smiles & More" Promotion
Terms and Conditions & Privacy Notice


  1. easyJet’s “Smiles & More” promotion (the Promotion) begins at 00:01 (BST) on Monday 31st March 2025 and closes at midnight (BST) on Monday 21st April 2025 (Promotion Period).
  2. The Promotion includes one offer:
    1. 51% off the first year of an easyJet Plus membership for people who can demonstrate that they are either existing Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle members of the Lufthansa loyalty programme “Miles & More” or existing Club Premium or Club Executive of the ITA Airways loyalty programme “Volare” in accordance with these terms before midnight on Monday 21st April 2025.
  3. For Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle members of the Lufthansa “Miles & More” loyalty programme or Club Premium or Club Executive members of the ITA Airways loyalty programme “Volare” wishing to obtain 51% off an easyJet Plus membership, please send the following information to pluscardoffers@easyjet.com before midnight on Monday 21st April 2025 with the subject line “Smiles & More”:
    1. Proof of your active “Miles & More” membership displaying either your Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle status or your active “Volare” membership displaying either your Club Premium or Club Executive status – this can be a screenshot or photograph of your active membership card showing your full first and last name.

    easyJet will use your information to make sure you’re an existing Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle member of the Lufthansa loyalty programme “Miles & More” or Club Premium or Club Executive member of the ITA Airways loyalty programme “Volare” entitled to take part in the Promotion and (if you are eligible) send you a promotional code to obtain 51% off the first year of your easyJet Plus membership. Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

  4. All promotional codes must be used before midnight (BST) on Monday 26th May 2025. Promotional codes are only valid on primary easyJet Plus memberships. Promotional codes are not valid for use on “easyJet Plus for Business” memberships.
  5. Please read our Privacy Notice and our Terms and Conditions for more information on how easyJet will use your personal data as part of this Promotion.

Privacy Notice

Who are we? easyJet Airline Company Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9PF.

Purpose of this notice. This notice explains how we will use the personal data you submit for the easyJet Plus “Smiles & More” promotion running from Monday 31st March 2025 to Monday 21st April 2025 (we’ll call this the Promotion). We are responsible for deciding how to use your personal data and making sure we do that in line with this notice and the law.

Your personal data – what we’ll collect about you. A person applying for the 51% discount must submit their email address, name, surname, and a photograph of their Lufthansa or ITA Airways membership card to us (we’ll call all of this your personal data).

How we’ll use your personal data. We’ll use your personal data to make sure that you are a current member of the existing Lufthansa loyalty programme “Miles & More” with Frequent Traveller, Senator or HON Circle status or the existing ITA Airways loyalty programme “Volare” with Club Premium or Executive status and entitled to take part in the Promotion and (if you are) send you the promotional voucher.

How we protect your personal data. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data. This includes making sure that our systems are protected from unauthorised people getting access to the information held on them.

How long will we keep it? Your email and personal data will be retained only for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for the promotion, and once the promotional code has been issued, it will be securely deleted.

What are your rights? You can ask us:

  • for a copy of your personal data;
  • to transfer your personal data;
  • to correct your personal data if it’s wrong;
  • to delete your personal data;
  • to limit, or object to, how we use your personal data; and
  • to stop using your personal data where you previously gave us consent to do so.

To ask us any of the above, contact us at data.protection@easyjet.com. We may need proof of your ID so that we can process your request. These rights are not available to you at all times and where we can’t do what you have asked, we will reply to you to say why not.
