easyJet "No More Tiers" Promotion
Terms and Conditions & Privacy Notice


  1. easyJet’s “No More Tiers” promotion (the Promotion) begins at 00:01 (GMT) on 25 February 2025 and closes at midnight (GMT) on Wednesday 12 March 2025 (Promotion Period).

  2. The Promotion includes two offers:
    1. 51% off the first year of an easyJet Plus membership for people who can demonstrate that they are they are existing Gold, Silver and Bronze members of the British Airways Executive Club (BA Executive) in accordance with these terms before midnight on Wednesday 12 March 2025; or
    2. 15% off a year’s membership to easyJet Plus for new members who sign up for easyJet Plus using the code PLUS15 prior to midnight (BST) 31 March 2025.

  3. For Gold, Silver, and Bronze members of the BA Executive Club wishing to obtain 51% off easyJet Plus membership, please send the following information to pluscardoffers@easyjet.com before midnight on Wednesday 12 March 2025 with the subject line “No More Tiers”:

    1. Proof of your active BA Executive Club membership displaying either your Gold, Silver, or Bronze status - this can be a screenshot or photograph of your active membership card showing your full first and last name;

    easyJet will use your information to make sure you’re an existing Gold, Silver, or Bronze member of the BA Executive Club entitled to take part in the Promotion and (if you are eligible) send you a promotional code to obtain 51% off the first year of your easyJet Plus membership. Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

  4. All promotional codes must be used before midnight (BST) on Monday 31 March 2025. Promotional codes are only valid on primary easyJet Plus memberships. Promotional codes are not valid for use on “easyJet Plus for Business” memberships.

  5. Please read our Privacy Notice and our Terms and conditions for more information on how easyJet will use your personal data as part of this Promotion.

Privacy Notice

Who are we? easyJet Airline Company Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9PF.

Purpose of this notice. This notice explains how we will use the personal data you submit for the easyJet Plus “No More Tiers Promotion” running from 25 February 2025 to 12 March 2025 (we’ll call this the Promotion). We are responsible for deciding how to use your personal data and making sure we do that in line with this notice and the law.

Your personal data - what we’ll collect about you. A person applying for the 51% discount must submit their email address, name, surname, a photograph of their BA membership card to us (we’ll call all of this your personal data).

How we’ll use your personal data. We’ll use your personal data to make sure that you are a current member of the BA Executive Club with Gold, Silver, or Bronze status and entitled to take part in the Promotion and (if you are) send you the promotional voucher.

How we protect your personal data. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data. This includes making sure that our systems are protected from unauthorised people getting access to the information held on them.

How long will we keep it? Your email and personal data will be retained only for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for the promotion, and once the Promotional code has been issued, it will be securely deleted.
 

What are your rights? You can ask us:

  • for a copy of your personal data;
  • to transfer your personal data;
  • to correct your personal data if it’s wrong;
  • to delete your personal data;
  • to limit, or object to, how we use your personal data; and
  • to stop using your personal data where you previously gave us consent to do so.

To ask us any of the above, contact us at data.protection@easyjet.com. We may need proof of your ID so that we can process your request. These rights are not available to you at all times and where we can’t do what you have asked, we will reply to you to say why not.
