Stylish bohemian hotel from the 19th Century
If you like accommodation that does things a little differently look no further than the quirky stylings of the Harrison Chambers of Distinction. This adults-only hotel has personality by the bucketload, with each themed room a separate ode to the fabulous city of Belfast.
Walking through the impressive front doors of the four-story Harrison is like going back in time to the 19th Century. Expect antique furniture, marble pillars, and floorboards donated by the Royal Victorian Hospital. Even the carpets are provided by the same company who helped furnish the Titanic (yes, really).
Location-wise, things couldn’t be better. Located in Belfast’s bustling theatre and arts district, stay here and you’re just across the road both the Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum. Set your sights high when it comes to food and drink, too, as there are a remarkable four Michelin starred restaurant in your immediate vicinity alone. After all, if you’re staying in a hotel fit for aristocracy you may as well dine like them.
