"Great location, with good carparking that costs extra. However the shower in the room did not work. A member of staff did come to fix it. I also noted that the fridge in the room had milk left behind by a previous guest. Breakfast was good self service with plenty of items. Staff were good, however there was a wait time at reception on both check in and check out as there was no staff member at reception on both occasions"

"We had two stays there one from 14-17 October 2025 and the other for evening of 21 October. Recommended and hosted by friends who are from the greater Belfast area. Both rooms were great, clean, warm, well decorated. Breakfast was consted fo a mix of typical Irish hopt breakfast, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, etc. Plenty to eat. reception staff were super and helpful. Ate a couple of meals in the pub food was delicious. Only blemish on the entire stay was when ordering the cheese platter the amount of craskers was not in proportion to the amount of very good cheese, chutney and fruit. The problem was rectified on the last evening with additional crackers. Teh Belfast on.off tour bus has a stop directly across from reception, making this very easy to access Highly recommend"

"I booked the hotel through Rory’s Travel Club, which included B&B, a ‘welcome cocktail’ and main meal. When we arrived, we did just receive a paper token for ‘whatever’ beer or wine rather than a cocktail. The hotel itself was nice and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean. However, when we went to dinner as it was included in our package, there was absolutely no atmosphere in the restaurant for a Saturday evening. There was no background music at all for the time that we got our drinks and ordered food, absolutely silent apart from the chefs cooking, and lights as if it was last orders. As well as this we had no help with how the deal worked or information about supplements which we only got the price for on our bill. I will say the actual meal was nice but we didn’t want to stay any longer than a main. Lastly we were overcharged on what we originally booked for, which I had to flag on our check out before it was refunded. Disappointed as the hotel itself presents well."
