"We have just returned. A family of 4. We had a great stay. Staff are very helpful. We were the only family with children as most guests were older. We were very welcomed by the staff a lil surprise teddy for them, thank you. The heated pool is lovely and was an essential asset as we would have day trips making the most of the Liberty bus service. And this hotel is perfectly situated for doing this. We were able to walk into the town no problems and travel from there. Then in the afternoons if we were back at the hotel we were able to use the pool. The food was good for us. The children's menu was handy but not always used as the main menu offered some nice food for the kiddos aswell. The staff in the restaurant are very professional. There are some reviews saying the hotel's decor is dated - it isn't modern but it is certainly clean and well kept....everything worked. Thank you to the hotel team!"

"Writing on behalf of my 86 year old dad who was travelling solo. Dad was taken poorly on the sea crossing to Jersey. On arrival at the hotel the staff there could not do enough for him for the duration of his visit as he continued to be poorly. The manager and staff went over and above for their care of my dad, checking in on him, providing him with food and water. Thank you so much for taking care of him. Dad will be back (but not by sea!!). Food and cleanliness were outstanding. Thank you."

"Hotels used by coach companies tend to be in a class of their own, sometimes even treating coach passengers as second class guests. Not this one though. For the first time in a long while of travelling, the room was excellent, the housekeeping could not be faulted, and the food was superb. All the staff were polite, pleasant and friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much troublefor them. Place was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Swimming pool and gyms are an added bonus. Evening entertainment was marmite quality, you either like it or you dont so I wont pass comment."
