"We had a great time. Really relaxing with stunning views. The transfer is long but worth it. There is a lovely receptionist that speaks excellent English-she's always smiling and happy to help. We had a sea view room, really worth it. We're early risers and generally took a coffee to the beach before breakfast or had a coffee before the waiting staff arrived, We never struggled to get a sun bed but we are usually at breakfast by 8. The only negative at the pool was how far away the loo was and there were no signs, so on the 1st day it took us ages to find it, The loos are very clean. The food is OK-not the best we've had in Turkey but there was always something for us. (there are plenty of restaurants along the beach/harbour front if you prefer). We usually do the aqua gym/yoga class etc while on holiday as it's good fun and the team were lovely. Evening entertainment was OK, as usual there are some better than others, the African Acrobats were really good and the best we saw there. The centre is literally on the doorstep, we enjoyed a stroll each night after dinner and we didn't experience any hassle from the shop owners at all, in fact if they didn't have what you asked for, they sent you to the shop they knew did!! "We have just returned from an 11 day vacation. My views are very similiar to John G above, his comments are spot on so i will keep it short. Please bare in mind that im generally a 5 star reviewer, i find it difficult to leave negative reviews. So keeping it simple : Hotel... Beautiful Cleanliness... Perfect. Views... Stunning Turunc... Spot on, very pretty. Transfer... Long but you know that when you book. Staff... Excellent, mostly really attentive especially those atbthe lobby bar and coffee shop. And the the food.... Difficult to know where to start, its pretty dire. It never really changes, you know whats in the containers before you open them as its just the same every night, 11 nights of a tray of spaghetti and 11 nights without a sauce to out on it... Bizzare. Its lukewarm if you are lucky, even finding hot chips is almost impossible unless you are prepare to sit on watch waiting for someone to appear and fry some new ones ( a rarity). Lovely full size roast chickens appear outside at 6 pm and then are left all night to go stone cold, if its not eaten it appears in a 'new' dish the next day, reheated, left to go cool... After day 2 i avoided all meats and ate salad which was lovely but mostly not replenished so you are forced to go down as soon as service starts. Why on earth does the management allow the fish outside to be cooked 2 hours before service, then pilled up and (yet again) left to go cold... Beats me. The snack bar is worse, cold food, lots of flies crawling all over it and then it probably gets sent up to the dining hall for evening meal sitting. Wont be going back which is a real shame as its a stunning hotel... One of the best we have ever stayed in."
