Club Cettia Apartments

"Just back from our second visit this year to Cettia Apartments and it was amazing from start to finish. Reception manager Yasemin was very welcoming and helpful she is an absolute credit to this hotel. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned regularly by the amazing cleaning staff who are always so cheery! Bar manager Engin and his staff are very helpful and don’t pester you to buy drinks constantly. Coco and bee are amazing with kids and encouraged my 2 to join in games for free ice cream. Pool manager Nial was always there to help us locate sun beds and keep the pool spotless clean! He is constantly working hard to ensure we are comfortable and even makes sure kids are safe when going up and down the slide. The staff in this hotel have become like family to us all"

"Just back from another fantastic stay at these brilliant apartments , where everyone is made to feel special , weve been coming back for a really long time , the rooms are kept spotless .. clean towels and beds made up every day by really friendly cleaning staff .. The entertainment team Coco and Bee work really hard from morning till night to keep you entertained ,its non stop laughs with them both , i love Cocos bingo . Absolute fab Bar /restaurant manager Engin who does everything to make your stay great and his team the lovely Yasin Bulent and Cebrail and the others are all really nice and friendly and work non stop to keep you topped up around the pool with the really nice food and drinks . The fantastic Nail who is the pool manager works really hard to make sure everyone gets a sunbed and is kept safe , especially the kids on the slide .. and keeps around the pool spotlessly clean , The hotel manager Aykut is really the best manager they have had since we started staying , he goes out of his way to help everyone .. if ive missed anyone .. reception staff are nice and very helpful , am sorry but you all really do an incredible job .. "This was our first time in turkey, so we werent sure what to expect. Club cettia apartments was recommended to us by a family friend and it certainly didnt disappoint. From the moment we arrived Jasmine on reception, make sure we got all the information needed, apologised that that couldnt accommodate both rooms on the ground floor but managed to get us 2 rooms next door to each other on the 3rd floor. She also gave us the information regarding upgrading to AI or HB. First impressions of the room was exactly what self catering should contain, 2 singke beds and a sofa bed, dining table, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, 2 x hobs, pots, plates and cuttlery. We also had pay tv and a dining table. Aircon is available for an additional fee. The single beds where a little hard but the sofa bed was comfortable. Bar and dining area, this is where club cettia exceeds a self catering holiday. The food served at the bar was outstanding, my personal highlight where the chicken noodles and the beef madras. The bar has 3 tv's and the staff will put whatever you want to watch. They showed every football game, F1, Nfl and even easterenders when we where there. Pool - the water was cold, but your body soon got used to it when you where in. There is 1 slide that comes on once an hour for 30 mins. Entertainment - Coco and Bee are wonderful, constantly getting everybody involved, whether its kids club (mines are too old), darts (the forfeit is an ice bucket), mini disco, entertainment shows, karaoke and bingo. Staff - every member of staff that we came into contact with from Jasmine at reception, Niall the pool boy, Bulent who works in the bar and urkan the bar manager. Ive missed out loads more mainly because i dont know how to spell their names. Every member of staff where fantastic and a credit to themselves and a positive impact to the hotel. Nothing was ever an issue, they made sure our stay was enjoyable and fun filled. We arrived as guests but have left as family of club cettia"
