Club Anastasia

"we stayed at club Anastasia in the October half term. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by all staff, especially the lady at reception (sorry cant remember your name) who during our holiday answered all our questions and couldn't have helped us more. Our room was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed, including air con at no extra charge. The pool was clean tidy and their was no getting up early to fight for a sunbed. The whole holiday was enjoyable by all at the hotel."

"We arrived at the Anastasia the end of September for a 2 week stay. We were shown to our room and helped with our luggage, the room was beautiful. We were staying in the refurbished rooms, spacious living area. Lovely bedroom and lovely bathroom. However the Kitchen area was limited with cooking equipment, being self catering apartments you should have a microwave ( these were available to hire for a daily charge ) we had a toaster a kettle and 2 hobs for cooking. I think the apartments should contain a microwave, we have stayed at other self catering places in other countries and we have had ovens aswel as a microwave. It wasn’t a huge issue for us because we just ate out, but people on a financial budget may find it a problem if they plan on eating in their apartment. That was the only thing I could say that was a negative. We had a huge balcony with a stunning view of both pools. It honestly was a wonderful room and view no complaints other than the kitchen amenities. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, especially dawn ( customer relations ) she is such a lovely woman who goes above and beyond to do anything she can to accommodate your needs. I needed to find a pharmacy and she even managed to find me the tablets I needed to save me 2 trips in a taxi. Talk about outstanding customer service. She honestly is wonderful thankyou very much dawn :) The entertainment staff are nothing short of amazing. Ethan and John made our stay even more fantastic, it was none stop laughs, banter and fun. Such lovely guys. We honestly made some life long friends in the 2 weeks we were there. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the Anastasia as a lovely, relaxed, friendly hotel, they are also wonderful with children. No matter what age you are there is something for everybody to enjoy. Entertainment is different every night of the week. The pool area is lovely and the swimming pools are great very refreshing. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The bar staff are great especially Ali :) thankyou Anastasia for a wonderful stay we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be returning."
