"Booked to stay here as a boutique small hotel, was moved without explanation ‘other than an upgrade’ to next door, their packed in sister hotel full of children. Despite asking not to. Be ‘upgraded’ having stayed there before and found that the sunbeds were all squashed together, the food cold and poor quality, we were told that we had no choice. Having contacted booking.com and the hotel, we have not received a response. Hence the review."

"11 nights here. Good reviews before we went. Only saw 3 entertainment acts. 1 evening and 2 afternoon slots for about 20 mins max. NO daytime activities at all. Never saw animation team everyone raved about. It said regular entertainment until 30th September. I know it's approaching end of season, but it should have stated no entertainment. There was no drop in price for this. The hotel next door had acts on for about an hour every night and didn't finish their disco until after 11pm, which was annoying when our balcony backed onto their stage and we had to be up early for trips. The food in a morning was only just warm, not nice having cold fried eggs, and the air con didn't help keep it warm. Same stuff everyday, but you could vary it with cereals, croissants or 'fry'. Evening food was the same every night. Yes there was plenty of choice, but the same choice...beef stew, a chicken dish, boiled or roasted vegs, rice, pasta, chips, grilled chicken, meatballs and fish. The only thing to change was the desserts. Their wasn't even any kids choices. The food at the snack bar was the same choices each day, but the food seemed nicer. Chicken nuggets, KFC style chicken, chips, burgers, hot dogs, pasta and salad. Inside the hotel was a reception area with 4 chairs and a reading/tv room with a few chairs and tables. So on the day it rained it was race for the seats or sit in your room.Positives: The pool was nice. We never had a problem getting a sunbed. Everywhere was clean and constantly being cleaned. Staff were all friendly. Rooms were ok. Bit dated, but comfortable. Cleaner came in everyday and left clean towels and toilet paper. (Saw her cleaning my toilet but the sink wasn't touched the whole time we were there, neither was the bed made or changed. I can make my own bed, it's just the first time we've been abroad and not had the bed made.) We enjoyed our holiday but the hotel was a bit disappointing this time."

"One of the best hotels ever been to , food great good choices, staff very nice helpful, rooms small pool small but to us was just right , the black cat very friendly , drinks as many as you can take , beach very close three minutes walk , town centre five minutes walk , want to go back , only one thing sometimes music to loud all day mostly coped , cleaners changed towels and bedding every day , thank you for looking after us"
