Kadikale Resort

"Arrived really late at the hotel very tired and greeted by the night reception man at the desk. I was desperate for this holiday and was told they didn't have a room for me. He told me if I had a problem I should take it up with Jet2. I'd booked a room and when I told him he told me if I wasn't happy I could sleep in the reception area on a chair! Desperate for sleep they showed me to one of their staff rooms full of his clothes and personal things. So tired I couldn't even unpack or shower as his toiletries where in the bathroom. Needless to say I didn't sleep! I heard from people at the hotel this man on reception was known and had treated other guests the same including a family with young children. Took this up with Jet2 when I finally arrived home at 3am the next day as the flight was delayed as I was told my would either be diverted to Bristol, East Midlands with my car parked at Stansted. After trying to contact someone from Jet2 I decided to email the CEO and ended up with a voucher for Jet2 for £100. Would I ever stay return to the Kadikale Resort - absolutely never again and Jet2 that was an awful experience"

"This review is only based on the standards of the hotel. Not the staff members because they were really good. I would not recommend this hotel as a 5-star hotel as stated on the LOVE HOLIDAYS website. The hotel facilities weren't good. Food was always gone when people arrived. The dinner normally finished at 9.30 pm but by 8.30 pm most of the food was gone. First week they had a good choice of food but the second week they really cut down on food as they were closing the hotel soon. When we arrived we were given the information about the time when food is served but not the location. We arrived on Sunday and on Friday we were sitting with the people and they told us that there is a beach restaurant where they serve snacks. The beach towels smelled. The cats are freely walking under your table The staff were good the manager was really helpful and good,"

"Had an amazing holiday and can’t wait to go back next year! Location was beautiful such beautiful views. Staff was lovely and very attentive. Rooms were lovely and clean Please don’t listen to the negative Comments and book you really won’t be disappointed."
