"We booked this hotel with jet 2 as all inclusive plus, hotel description mentioned that 9 resturants 8 of which are a la cartes, little did we realise that you can only use 2 if them free of charge, all the others are chargeable. Please be mindful of the additional charges associated at this hotel!!!!"

"We had an amazing stay at Mardan Palace. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was impeccable both in the main restaurant and at the bars in the Mardan Lounge and the lobby — truly top-level hospitality. The food was delicious, with great variety and high quality every day. You can really feel the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, spotless every time, and the minibar was restocked every day with drinks and snacks, which was a very nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"We recently returned from a stay at the Titanic Mardan Palace, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were excellent—spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with a level of luxury that truly makes you feel like royalty. What really sets this resort apart is the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to be helpful, Although it was an off season but still they had loads of staff looking after guest. We were travelling with Children and a huge highlight for us was the Gaming Lounge; unlike most other resorts where this is an extra daily expense, it was included in our stay, which the kids absolutely loved. To top it all off, the food quality was excellent across all the restaurants with a fantastic variety. We left feeling very happy and refreshed. We can’t wait to come back!"
