"Now, I am sitting at the in front of the lobby bar for hours. October 28, 2025, Staying at HOME is beter. Noone asks…I used to stay at this hotel several times. What a downfall for this Hotel. Ineffective…Guest relations; they are staring at their cell phones. Reception; no smiling. Used to be a good Hotel. I ask the director, why do you pay for this staff?"

"The hotel should not have 5 stars. Maybe it could live up to that once upon a time, but not now. The waitresses are sweet, but the service in the reception is questionable. Our room is 27 degrees and we told the staff three days in a row. They say it’s because it’s winter and a central system change, but I find it hard to believe, that anyone wants to sleep in 27 degrees. When I asked if we could just get a fan in our room - the receptionist laughed in my face and said that he hasn’t seen one in the hotel for years.They don’t seem interested in helping us and don’t care if we have a baby with us. My experience is that the staff in general just wants the season to be over."
