"We travelled in UK Half Term for 7 days. Couple with kids 10 and 6 along with grandparent. Package with Jet2. We had visited Turkey previously. Good Slides are great for the kids. Lifeguards are flexible with kids being less than 1.2m and generally anything goes on the slides. I’d recommend parental supervision as it can get a bit wild. Pools heated and warm for swimming Bar Staff at the Beach and round the pool are excellent. Drinks selection really good. Lots of other activities at the kids club albeit we didn’t use it but we did choose to have a day out at Land of Legends. Good variety of food available at the buffet. Mini disco was enjoyed by our 6 year old. Beach is nice and you can walk right along the coast both ways. Beach shoes should be considered for the sea which is stony in parts. Bad Drinks table service in buffet and beach restaurant was consistently poor. Standard room very small for 4 people. General lack of organisation in all restaurants in terms of locating a table. Some nights it was chaos. A La Cartes are not worth it. Nothing special food wise and you’re better off eating in the buffet. The token 5 € per person charge is ridiculous for all inclusive. Reception staff generally rude. Check in at 1am was weird. Didn’t even get told our room number but we worked it out. Please carefully consider booking this hotel if you have allergens. Staff awareness is non existent especially in the a la carte restaurants. One of our party was Gluten Free are there was very little on the menu. We had a poor experience at the Italian a la carte and ended up leaving after waiting an hour and a half for the main course. No apology albeit conceirge desk did waive charge after some debate. For the record we had emailed the hotel ahead of our stay and confirmed at check in about one of our party having allergens. We also advised this when booking the a la cartes. We received no response or acknowledgment on all three occasions. Two of our party were ill during the stay with sickness. One from the Mexican A La Carte. This hotel seems to mainly cater for European and Russian Guests. If you’re British you can get a better experience at another hotel."

"Just spent an amazing week at this incredible resort. We stayed in the the king suite (we are 2 adults, 2 kids) room 445 which had the best view. This room was beautiful and huge consisting of of 2 big rooms, a massive en-suite and a bathroom in the kids twin room, walk-in wardrobe, living room, dining room, 2 fridges stocked of free drinks, 3 TVs and long balcony. The en-suite had an overhead shower, a separate bath, toilet and double tap. The kids twin room had 2 single beds, an overhead shower including a handheld shower, toilet and sink. All toiletries are provided, a lot of towels which were changed daily. We were asked what time we wanted our room cleaned each day which was a big bonus as then we could plan to vacate our room at that time each day which I loved. The room was cleaned for a full hour and was spotless every day. The main pool was lovely and heated and the pool slides were great fun. We went out at 8am each morning to reserve our loungers as they get full quick after this time (this was October during uk school holidays). I loved how they supply pool towels. The pools around the villas were always empty as they were not heated and quite cold. The gym was great and had so much good equipment compared to other hotels so you can get a good workout here. The main buffet restaurant was ok but not the best so do try and visit the al la carte restaurants. My favourite restaurant was Mikado (Asian cuisine) and also the Turkish restaurant was my 2nd favourite. The Italian restaurant was my least favourite and I love Italian food so that was a shame. You will never go hungry here as you can pretty much eat throughout the whole day as they have so many areas offering different things at different times. The staff were all fabulous. We loved booking out the tennis court which is something we have never done as a family. I would recommend booking all of your al La carte restaurants and tennis courts as soon as you arrive as they get booked up fast and I met people that didn’t get to visit any of them due to this reason. Another great thing about this place is that they have a nurse and doctor there so you can get creams/meds etc. I think you pay a fee to see a doctor but you can see a nurse to give you certain things which is what my husband did for his eczema rash. The upstairs Martini bar was lovely and I enjoyed my Malibu pineapple drinks there a few nights. They offer shisha also for around €35 I think. They have a small shopping centre section offering jewellery, handbags, souvenirs, clothing, toiletries and hair salon. The spa was lovely. Myself, husband and 2 kids (13 years and 9 years) all had a family Turkish hammam experience which was so nice. They allow the whole family into the sauna which my kids loved as in England they never allow kids to go into saunas. I also enjoyed my lymphatic drainage mix massage. They offer spa treatments for young and big kids which I thought was a bonus. Overall our weeks vacation here was amazing and I would love to return here in the future."

"This is a great hotel for young families. Everything is set up for families with children under the age of 10. A hotel that allows the children to be busy and the parents to relax. If travelling as a couple, or with older children, then this hotel may not be for you. The a la cartes are great value for money. The Mikado was an incredible meal, with attentive staff and was the highlight of my stay."
