"Main barman with white hat around pool , if you tip you get served first and ignored otherwise. French served first. I'm Irish I love all people but this isn't fair Credit and debit cards bank reception insisted our 4 cards were not working but was I true I contacted my bank and they said no attempt had been made. During holiday every one complained much the same hotel wanted hard cash. They did an odd card receipt to make it look like the card user was working so out fault Food, well poor hardly any veggie at all but also meat eaters with me found food not great. Flies over food yes this is difficult yo control but we got away for 2 days to TUI blu hotel to get better food and service and no flies as round the food in their restaurants Cleaners - just ok Rooms tired TV hanging off the wall as was shaving mirror Al a Carte restaurant no veggie  rude reception staff  about that menu appalling say 2 couples the whole week Waiters don't come around at meal times to offer wine etc if you go up one holiday maker had a bottle snacked out of her hand as no one offered her so she went up to get a glass of wine Bar inside 1 bar tender most of the time and when really busy so took ages to get drinks. 2 nice staff 1 horrible was rude and topping expected No butter for lunch fir bread both at lunch or dinner ask for it eyes roll then want a tip for getting it for you.  The food is Luke warm at best in some sections  Veggie - meat in rice and other foods like omelette. No changing pans for pasta dishes and omelettes cooked on meat cookers not Seperated. Salad same most days Bread stale  Positive  Pool and grounds are nice  Inside bar not great wall pillars v bad"

"First time in Djerba, nice hotel, and staff is perfect, pool and beach is beautiful. Animation team is one of the best team I see in all my vacation."

"Nice hotel, great service, food, awesome restaurant interrior, a lot of pools, attractions during the day. There are quiet areas if you need it. A bit annoying is the ants and cocroaches in the room, and the sea - camels and horses so close to swimming line discouraged us from swimming there."
