"Just returned from this lovely place and cannot recommend it enough. The place was immaculate and housekeeping were cleaning constantly. Massive credit to the gardening team, the plants and trees all around the grounds were stunning and so well thought out. Reception staff were lovely (particularly Esther), despite the fact it was quite clear they are asked stupid questions by guests all the time ha ha! They are very patient indeed. The sun bed lady was also lovely, genuinely kind and patient and the booking system worked so well and it made things so efficient. Don’t let this put you off; it’s a great process, you just book for the next day and they will always find you something. Plus after 3pm you can sit wherever is free. My only criticism is that the pool was shut twice during our stay because of a poop incident! Not the fault of the hotel and massive credit to them for actually closing it (I’m sure others would have scooped it out and said nothing!) but they should consider no under 3’s in the big pool or being stricter on swim nappies. They could extend the kids pool in order to do this so there is more option for babies. We were there for Halloween and they made a huge effort for the kids, staff dressed up and carved pumpkins and the kids enjoyed it so much. This is a very special place indeed and I am so glad we found it. Not sure why it is 3 star resort and not 4, it really is a super place. Area is nice too, with lots of bars and restaurants (a bit generic and brits abroad maybe but easy choices if you have kids). We had a late flight but were able to keep the room until 6pm for £40 euros. This isn’t always possible but worth asking as it gave us a whole day to relax plus meant we didn’t waste any of the last night packing. Thank you for having us Santa Barbara!"

"Loved everything about this place – the rooms are spotless, spacious, and have stunning ocean views. The staff were super friendly (we had luck to meet Ernesto on reception) and always willing to help. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing.Would definitely stay here again!"

"We have just returned from four wonderful  weeks here. Literally, upon walking in through the doors here, you know you are home!  This holiday began with a such a friendly welcome at Reception by Gustavo.  The whole Reception Team.. lead by Franc, ably assisted by Laetitia.. do such a great job. They can't another do enough for you to try to make your holiday perfect. When the safety pin broke on the bandage supporting my sprained ankle, Jenny just dived in the drawer and produced another without batting an eyelid! Little touches like that make such a difference! Our appartment was perfect. On the 8th floor, affording fantastic views and recently  refurbished....who could ask for more! It contained everything that we could possibly need and the Housekeeping Team worked so hard to keep it immaculate for us. We only had the pleasure of catching the names of Maria José and Meladie, but grateful thanks to everyone who serviced our appartment during our stay.  The gym has has a stunning refurbishment, making it a pleasure to use. Around this beautiful Resort, all staff members will acknowledge you with huge smiles and friendly greetings! At the pool, the Animation Team are just great. job as always. Kairin does a fab job allocating the sun loungers, José has eyes everywhere as the pool attendant. Edu is crazy busy doing activities and Aqua. He ran a coffee morning which we attended. It was lovely trying different types of coffee, which he amusingly prepared for us to taste. Was lovely to see Gisella, who leads the Animation Team at the end of our holiday, just back from hers! As my ankle improved, I was gradually able to walk in the beautiful scenery near to the Resort, through to the Marina or San Blas and Los Abrigos. And to take a bus trip to nearby places we love; El Medano, Las Galletas and Siam Mall. Everytime we come over we love the Resort and  surrounding  areas more.  Thank you so much, Richard and to each and everyone of your staff team for another perfect holiday.  We can't wait to return!"
