"We stayed here as a family of four for four nights in October 2025. The hotel is very clean and well presented. We stayed in a premium suite which was a great size with the children sleeping in the main room, and a separate bedroom for us. We had a large balcony and stunning sea view, and a jacuzzi bath. The staff in the hotel and main restaurant were very nice. We had the all inclusive package. The family pool was really nice but unheated so very cold. The hotel has a shuttle which drops off and picks up in town regularly through the day. Things which could be better: The family pool needs heating during the cooler months. Most families were only venturing in the pool for about 10-15 minutes at a time as it was just too cold. If it was heated it would have been so much better and my kids would have no been in the pool from dawn to dusk. The little children’s pool was heated so we had to retreat to that a few times but it is only a bout 12” deep and can fit 6-8 kids at a time. The pool side snacks and offerings are not great on the all inclusive menu. There was a ready supply of hot dogs ……. (frankfurter style) with dried onion pieces (from a packet I think), burgers ….. but they were very strange and not normal beef (maybe veal), ……. and small cones of fries. There were also some nuggets but we couldn’t determine what they were made from. All the above were mostly lukewarm or cold as the hot counter they were placed in wasn’t keeping them hot. It was the same snacks every day with no variation. You could order a slice of pizza (only a slice), or a salad or pasta. We had bolognaise one day but the pasta and sauce was lukewarm, and even cold in some places so we had to send it back. The replacements had charred bits, like it was pan fried and burned. The sauce had no flavour. We had a starter of carrot sticks and hummus …… three tiny julienne sized carrot sticks each, a spoon of hummus and a handful of nacho style chips …. The carrot pieces were also a dry and curled. There were a few cakes/pastries as well. On our first day we also saw bagels in the inside bar area, but never saw these again. They looked ok. The buffet lunch was ok so we opted for that the other days. The evening buffet was ok but not many hot options, and the offerings were simple and not particularly varied. The salads and desserts were fairly standard and ok. We ate in the Italian restaurant one evening, (pool bar during the day) and the meal was great but was not included in the all inclusive, just a 20% discount and cost 80 euro with discount so not cheap. Overall, the food was no comparison to other 4* hotels we have stayed in. We wouldn’t go back for another visit, certainly not off season when the pool is so cold, you can’t really use it."

"Some aspects are positive- free parking, gorgeous views, large spacious rooms and most staff were very pleasant and helpful. However other aspects need alot more care. These are suites so please provide a few basics to make the kitchen usable, otherwise it just doesn't make sense. E.g a couple of knives, forks, a few plates, wine glasses and a cork screw. I had to ask for an iron at reception and was given a steamer and told I needed to return it asap as there weren't very many to go around. I also asked for a kettle and was told I had to pay 5 euros per day! This is really inconvenient when travelling with a child as I was, and also really off considering the accommodation is suites with a kitchen. I found the female English staff member very rude and unhelpful when I asked for these pretty basic things. In the end I purchased a bottle opener and a kettle from the supermarket next door as it was cheaper for me. Further, the floor of my room wasn't very clean. There were bits of rice and even a toenail left from previous guests. I used the maintenance card to indicate this to the cleaners and clearly stated the issue, asking for it to be more thoroughly swept and mopped. It was not mopped when I returned and still hadn't been swept with attention to detail. Unfortunately a glass smashed during our stay so I wrote a note to apologise and asked for the floor to be properly cleaned as I did not want myself or my son to get glass in our feet. When I returned, glass remained on the floor and the job had been done too quickly without attention to detail. This is a safety issue frankly. I went down the corridor and asked the cleaner to lend me her broom to clean it up properly myself. To be frank I dont think the overall experience reflects a 4* luxury hotel. The pool was also very cold though your website stated it would be heated. The food at breakfast and dinner was nice but again there were issues there. A bowl full of clearly mouldy peaches which wasn't nice. Cleaning of the tables in between guests was basic at best, involving essentially sweeping crumbs onto the floor. So we were eating off the previous guests used place mats. Further the hot plates that keep the food warm were not strong enough so while tasty, everything was lukewarm. It wasn't great really. I don't think I'd return though this was my fourth visit to this hotel. I don't think there will be a 5th! No feedback sought or invited on check out."

"Hotel location A truly lovely location for panoramic views of the local area, mountain and the sea. The hotel is on a hill with very little around it (at the bottom). If you have any difficulties with mobility then this is not the hotel for you but if you’re fit and healthy then town is around 50 minute walk away which equates to around €8 in a taxi. There is also a free bus from the hotel relatively regularly. A shopping centre is located opposite the hotel however you do have to cross a dual carriageway equivalent to get there (walk time 15 mins). Staff The staff can’t be criticised at all. Very friendly and keen to make sure you have a lovely time. Bar staff and restaurant staff are extremely attentive and the whole place is wonderfully clean. All food is regularly topped up so there is always staff around to help. Really helpful reception staff on arrival and the times we had to visit reception throughout our stay. They offered to book us taxis and helped us with maps of the local town when we were planning our trip. Room The room was lovely. A bedroom, bathroom and then an open plan kitchen, lounge area. The kitchen comprised of cupboards, fridge and a hob but no utensils or pans as standard. You need to contact reception if you want to use the kitchen - so maybe they give you things, I don’t know. The room suffered every day with air conditioning faults which were reported each day. We had 5 litre water bottles under the units catching water dripping out of them. When it was working it was fine but if you struggle with heat then it was not reliable enough I don’t think. These bottles needed to be emptied twice a day before they overflowed! The beds were comfortable and the curtains blocked out a good amount of light. The rooms were also very quiet but we did ask for a Mountain View. The sea view overlooks the pool and will have additional noise in the evening from the entertainment and bar. All inclusive offering Not advertised as free for all inclusive guests but there is a small selection of snacks that you do get included. The snack bar is advertised as being a premium and offers a 15% discount on their menu but they offer pizza, burgers, fries, chicken nuggets and hot dogs etc. Many drinks are included in the all inclusive but be careful as the cocktail bar by the adult pool is not included at all, neither is the Italian restaurant in the evening (but this is made clear). It’s only a short walk from the adult (14+) pool to the bar. Food in general The food was okay. It wasn’t anything to rush back for but there was something that everyone would eat for each meal. It was a lot of fish but hey, you’re on an island. There was a hot food area which provided a selection of luke warm food and then salad bar and a cheese/fruit and desert area. Overall as I say, nothing to really write about specifically but equally nothing to complain about either. Kids and adults appeared satisfied at every meal which for the price you can’t really ask for any more."
