"Absolutely blown away by this hotel. The staff, amenities, room, food all made for a really lovely stay. The spa facilities top notch - quite often there will be 1 or 2 elements of a spa present but there were 9 and also gave you guidance on how to follow it if you wanted to do the body therapy. The roof top bar lovely chilled setting with a fire pit we used the pool by the lounge club and were able to leave our towels and headed out to the little beach that was there also. The wrist band given to access your room made life so easy not having to think if we remembered our room key and having 1 each. Breakfast absolutely phenomenal could also be slightly over whelming - as we are an allergy couple there was a lot we couldn't have that was already laid out but it was all labeled with what allergens were contained the kitchen staff and host catered well to us. To make it easier when check-in ask the staff for an allergen card this is easier to show at breakfast time. We didn't stay for evening entertainment but it was also full of guests seated waiting for it to start. The on-site resturant we used was very nice Montauk. The games room in 3rd half was quite small and some didn’t work which we were bit disappointed in We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return the whole experience was lovely"

"Booked Hard rock Tenerife a while back. A week before travelling the say they’ll be som slight building noise from the site adjacent Well slight is an understatement. A caterpillar with jack hammer breaking rocks is not quiet Yes they could argue they gave us the option to cancel or be moved but a week before with all the arrangements in place is not acceptable. These works would’ve been known about at the time of booking and should’ve been brought to our attention then In fact I think they’re still offering holidays with no mention prior to booking These works will likely be a year or so going on so check before you book I would upload video of the machinery if Possible then you can see for yourselves Staff are all great tho which is a massive plus"
