"True and Honest Review This was our second stay here. Firstly, the staff are fantastic – they really can’t do enough for you. Entertainment: It was okay and ticked the box for this time of year. Food: A bit disappointing this time. It felt very repetitive and quite similar every day. Drinks: Good selection with plenty of choice. Spa: Nice facility and a relaxing change, but a pity you have to pay €15 to use it. Rooms: Spacious, plenty of storage, and cleaned regularly. Overall: Is it a 5*? No – it’s missing the wow factor. But if you’re looking for a decent hotel at a competitive price, it’s absolutely fine."

"for a family vacation, it is not extraordinary at all 4 stars, maximum 3. The same food every day, what was not eaten in the morning was prepared for lunch, we preferred to eat in the city. Otherwise the rooms were clean, clean linen changed every 2 days, the windows in the rooms were blocked with bolts, no spa accces extra payment"

"After reading all of the negative reviews on tripadvisor I felt a bit unsure about this hotel but on arrival I was pleasantly surprised. The pools are a good size. There are lots of sun beds around the pool. The entertainment has a different show every night. There are lots of activities for children and adults during the day. The drinks are very refreshing. The food is lovely and has plenty of choice. All of the staff are very friendly. Pubs outside the complex are close by if wanted a change of scenery. The only negatives are the entertainment being on quite late and the rooms are a bit outdated but we still had an amazing holiday."
