Royal Hideaway Corales Suites

"My wife and I stayed at the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites and it was absolutely fantastic. The entire staff, from the moment made a huge effort to may you feel welcome and nothing was too much of a hassle. The food was incredible in the two main restaurants, but for me the breakfast was one of the best. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were great, from a decent sized pool to the well equipped gym. Around the poo the staff were great, particular shout out for Ismael, with his sunny disposition and emaculate service."

"Nice hotel nice rooms (not sure of open bathroom’s it’s in the bedroom). Not a hotel to relax in there is no area where you can and meet other guests and have a coffee and chat, only your own room to relax in (more like a motel). I should point out this is a gastronomic hotel Michelin star rating however, They have what’s called a pop up restaurant which serves food only problem is its cooked while wait which can be slow. The surrounding area: there’s very little to do, few restaurant but no night life as such. Conclusion: if you prefer to relax in an evening and want to socialise this is not the Hotel for you, better book a more traditional hotel nearer centre. One thing to point out this hotel was built as an investment where rooms are purchased by individuals and the rented out to holiday companies. Hence no social area other than the pool during the day."

"Had a wonderful stay, the service at reception, breakfast, the restaurants and the pool serves was excellent. The room had everything you could need. Two reasons it isn’t a 5. Small annoyances, one there should be lifts separate for trades, we waited quite a while for a lift and the it has builders / trade mess left or you can’t get in the lift as it’s full for the cleaners. Which is fine but if you have you have a case you need the lift. Also if you offer turn down it should be every night. If you think you are getting fresh towels but don’t you may not have hi f them to dry. As i day small annoyances but why i haven’t given this hotel a 5. To finish on a positive its of the best breakfast offerings at a hotel I have enjoyed. will definitely be back thanks for a great stay"
