"Had read some reviews which were not favourable ........but we were pleasantly surprised. We had a pool view room in Block E , it was fairly basic but clean, nice modern bathroom though with walk in shower, huge balcony and great views .......however on arrival we did find 1 Cockroach in the appartment.......no big deal at all for us it's Spain , we've seen loads of them lol. We'd read that the food was ' unedible' so we prepared ourselves for that, but the food was actually ok, each evening there was always something that i'd eat, and i'm fussy , examples but not all on the same evening.....Chicken Curry, Orange Chicken, Pork Ribs in BBQ sauce, Pork Fillets in sauce, Chicken Fillets, Roast chicken thighs, Beef Stroganoff , Hake in Butter sauce, Hake in other sauces.......and very nice too.......Prawns, chicken fillet in breadcrumbs....plus loads of fruit , veg, rice, chips etc. Breakfast- ......cereals, fruit, bread, porridge, honey , .things like that..........sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs.....decent actually. Also if you are only * Half Board *you get drinks included in the restaurant, all wines and Sangria, soft drinks and beers etc , first we've ever had that 'half board' anywhere .....though you have to ask for the beer as it's not self-service......it's behind the counter. All staff were very friendly , cleaners too , and the gardeners. Nice area all around the pools and pool bar . Some folk expect too much for the price they pay , it's a bit dated in parts but i've seen worse, but for the price in Costa Adeje it's excellent , we would go back for sure."

"We recently stayed at this hotel on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First of all, our room did not feel secure. The front door was visibly bowed and would not lock properly unless it was pulled with force. After housekeeping had been in, we would return to find the door left unlocked because the mechanism hadn’t been engaged. Maintenance claimed there was “nothing wrong,” even though the issue was obvious. The room itself was in poor condition. Our bed sheets had holes in them, and the bottom sheet was far too small for the mattress, constantly coming loose. To make things worse, we discovered cockroaches in the room, and they were not dealt with for over 24 hours after reporting it. Cockroaches were also seen throughout the hotel. The bathroom facilities were equally disappointing. The hot water was extremely limited—when we adjusted the temperature to make it warmer, the water pressure dropped to almost nothing. By the time the water reached a usable temperature, it came out in little more than a dribble. We also expected basic toiletries, which were advertised when we booked, but none were provided—not even hand soap. Wi-Fi in the public areas was non-existent, even though it was advertised. This made it difficult to stay connected or even reach out for help regarding the issues we were experiencing. As for the restaurant, the hygiene standards were concerning. I watched staff drop cutlery on the floor and put it straight onto tables without cleaning it. The food selection was extremely limited, with rice undercooked and the meat and vegetables consistently overcooked. The quality was so poor that we ended up eating out every day, despite having paid for all-inclusive. I contacted LoveHolidays while we were still away to report these problems. Although I initially received a response, communication stopped abruptly, leaving us to handle everything ourselves. Overall, this hotel did not meet even the most basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, safety, or service. I would not recommend it and certainly would not return."

"Really lovely clean hotel couldn't fault it for a 3star it's lovely stayed bed and breakfast really nice break staff really friendly and helpful entainment not the best and indoors but I would definitely stay here again"
