Melia Hacienda del Conde

"SECOND EXCELLENT STAY! We recently stayed at Hacienda del Conde (for the second time this year) and our stay was simply excellent. It was very nice to see familiar faces and we genuinely felt welcome (back!). Sandro was very welcoming and helpful and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations on the island! The staff went the extra mile to give us the same suite as the one we had in May (Room 605). The food at the restaurant was fantastic! The hotel is truly well managed and Naiara Gomez Bermejo (General Manager) does an excellent job! Congratulations! Hacienda del Conde is our one and only choice in Tenerife! We will be back in April next year!"

"We came for 2 weeks at this beautiful hotel. The views are stunning from the hotel . The staff here are fantastic and so helpful. Paolo we dealt with mostly and he was brilliant. Nothing is too much of a problem. I will list the pro and a small amount of cons Pro’s Heated outdoor swimming pool which is fresh water so you don’t smell of chlorine. Also the sun beds are comfortable and all have umbrellas. Hotel rooms are spacious with big balconies. The beds are big and comfortable. Tea, coffee making facilities and free bottle of water everyday. Really high quality amenities like razors, toothbrushes, shower gel etc. massive deep baths Bath robes and slippers Free yoga, meditation and stretch classes every day. Spa facilities which you have to pay for Fantastic breakfast, loads of variety and freshly squeezed orange juices and smoothies. Free fruit, cake, biscuits, tea, coffee etc until 6pm every day Just a few cons. We ate in their restaurant once and for the price we thought it wasn’t worth it. The food was average. We didn’t eat in their restaurant buffet but we knew people who did and they said it was ok to good The spa is expensive but that is in most good hotels. The evening entertainment was a bit boring for us. It was mostly jazz and it was the same the second week as the first. As the hotel is far away from anywhere really it would be better to have a better entertainment. You definitely need a car and if you go in October like we did be prepared for a lot of the restaurants to be closed for their holidays so if you don’t eat at the restaurant every day then you need to drive to get to get to them. All in all a fantastic holiday and we will be back"

"I wanted to thank this hotel for being so accommodating and welcoming and friendly. This hotel I feel like they saved my life and my sanity. I went to visit masca and the drive there caused me an immense amount of stress. I thought continuing the road might get easier. It lead me to a dead end and this hotel. I am so grateful. I was able to buy lunch and although the lunch was not great I was able to recover from what was a very stressful day. The hotel is beautiful and the swimming pool is amazing. The staff did make it clear when I had over stayed my welcome but that is understandable. I honestly would have been stuck on the mountain if it was not for this hotel. After a strong coffee and less traffic I was able to make it back to the other side in one piece. Thank you again for allowing me to rest and recover and I will recommend your hotel to anyone I can.
