"Our second trip - and whilst I didn’t think it possible, it exceeded the first! We used the residents discount again, to get a night away from the kids, with a puppy in tow who has joined the family since the last visit. My gosh they could not have been more welcoming - of us or the puppy! The staff in this hotel are exceptional. Every single one of them from reception (Hola Lucy - amazing!) to the dining staff, the spa staff, the chefs, just so utterly lovely - considering it’s the end of a long season and you must all be knackered and over it you STILL went out of your way to be amazing and it is very appreciated. We ate at Sana again although not the tasting menu this time and it was as wonderful as last time - everything we ate was delicious. Spa was delightful, room is so comfortable - beautiful big bed, lovely shower, dog bowls and bed in room. I also had a really exceptional cocktail made in the beautiful bar. The whole hotel is top notch and the staff just push it to the next level. Have a great well earned rest and we will see you next season for sure - with a full sized golden retriever this time :)"

"This hotel deserves every star of its 5 star rating. From the moment when we checked in until we checked out, we had a wonderful and luxurious experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. After we checked in just before dinner, one of our doors wouldn’t lock. By the time we returned from dinner, it was repaired. The service and dining were on a high level at both the pool and main restaurant. It was also so quiet and peaceful at the pool and on our balcony. We had 2 different categories of rooms. Even the “smaller” room was spacious, warmly decorated, had a very comfortable bed, well stocked mini-bar and high end linens and towels. Only minus is that the hotel does not have a sea view. But the tranquility and comfort well made up for it."

"From the very moment we arrived at the Kimpton Aysla Mallorca, we knew we were in for something special — but our stay turned out to be far better than we ever expected. We were welcomed with an incredibly warm greeting from Junie, setting the tone for what became an unforgettable stay. The fantastic staff throughout the entire hotel went above and beyond for us at every moment. A special shoutout to Laura, who hosted the social hour with such charm and energy — always making us feel right at home. Our room was impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with brilliant, comfortable facilities. The spacious and cosy balcony became one of our favourite places to unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings. It’s clear that the hotel’s organisation system is flawless, as everything ran smoothly from start to finish, making our stay completely effortless. Service was exceptional across the board. Lucy and Nico were consistently attentive and kind, while Eduardo’s professionalism stood out time and time again. The superb transport and luggage team — Lucas, Konstantinos, Julian, and Toni — made everything seamless for us, and we appreciated every bit of their help. Dining was another highlight. Whether inside or out, the staff made every meal a pleasure. Ilda, Montserrat (who makes the finest latte macchiatos we’ve ever had!), Roberto, Maggie, Romi, Stephanie, Ulysses, and Franco were all exceptional — friendly, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful. The entire experience was perfect, relaxed, and an absolute dream. The views were breathtaking, with stunning mountains in the background that made every sunrise and sunset feel magical.
