"Stayed here for 5 nights in October booked with Jet2. Although we enjoyed our stay, there were things we wished we had known. Jet2 has the hotel listed as adult only, but the hotel does accept children. The rooms are very stylish but the walls are paper thin. We had a baby in the room adjacent. Even normal volume conversation came straight through. The balcony didn't feel private due to the shape and felt overlooked. The bathroom had a frosted glass door that had a gap all the way around, so again, little privacy. Only one English TV channel. The food was good but the labeling was extremely poor or non existent. Often the labels were in the wrong place. You can't buy glasses of wine with dinner only bottles although smaller bottles are available. Bar prices were good and the wine was cheap. We were overcharged in the bar on one occasion and when we raised the issue the waitress said it was correct. We spoke to another waitress who refunded us. Around the pool there were no dedicated smoking/vaping areas so you have to suffer this around you. The hotel is well placed for the airport, beach and shops. The express bus to Palma is very close and easy and only 2 Euros. It drops you right next to the Cathedral. Most staff were friendly and check in was quick. Only 2 small lifts."

"Lovely hotel. Helpful staff, good food choices. Rooms kept clean , pool area lovely but slippy when wet as tiled floor. Plenty of sun beds .good location near the beach and airport"

"Perfect hotel for a bicycle holiday. +The rooms are just referbished and looked really good. They are not big but just okey with enough space for your stuff, simular to most of the hotels there. +Food is good but not excelent. +Staff is friendly. +Towel service +Location +Price +entertainment -the elevators don't have the capacity they need for the size of the hotel. But doalbe. -in the restautant it is inclear what the food is (beef/pork/chicken). There are cards but mostly all at one point and not per dish. We didn't use the swimming pool so no opinion. All in all very good hotel for the price."
