A handy beachside base
This hotel keeps things nice and simple in C’an Pastilla, a short hop from the airport and about 70 metres from the long, sandy sweep of Playa de Palma. Stroll out and you’re straight onto the seafront promenade for sunrise walks, bike rides and lazy days by the Med, with cafés, ice-cream shops and beach bars dotted all the way along to Arenal. Buses make it easy to nip into Palma for cathedral views, shopping and tapas.
At the hotel, the rooftop terrace is the little show-off moment, giving you a sunny spot to sit out, catch the breeze and look towards the sea. Guests can also use the pool and terrace at sister hotel Amic Miraflores just over the road, so you’ve got somewhere handy to cool off between beach sessions. There’s an arcade/games corner and chill-out areas when you fancy some shade and a sit-down.
Food-wise, you’ve got options. The on-site buffet restaurant mixes local dishes with international favourites, with show-cooking on some services, while the bar keeps drinks and snacks coming. Step outside and you’re spoiled for choice with pizzerias, tapas spots and seafront terraces. For easy, no-faff Majorca with the beach practically on your doorstep, this place does the job nicely.
