"1hr 40 mins from the airport We had a sea view which was Beautiful Short walk too Cala Millor Rooms were basic Pool is situated in another building which invloves a short walk Main pool area ok. Upper relaxing area had broken umbrellas and dirty sun loungers Indoor pool area very unkempt looking , beds were grubby , shauna area needs revamped , windows dirty Unpleasant smell in main reception and hall ways Food choice was good , but food was always cold , i had to reheat in the microwave. Please note there is 3 steps down into the eating area which may be difficult if you have mobility issues Staff were friendly No entertainment Would rate as a 3 star and not 4 star"

"Warm welcome on arrival and details of breakfast etc supplied and directions to room. Then request for tourist tax which amounted to 40.30 euros. Room was tidy and clean and overlooked thee pool, albeit with a road and rear part of the hotel in the forefront. Restaurant on the ground floor with easy access and plenty of seating. At Breakfast, which was buffet style, a wide range of food was available from a fully cooked to a cold meat selection, with cereal and tea and coffee available. Chefs available for individual requests. The Evening Meal also provided a wide range of foods and again buffet style. With all buffets keeping food hot always a problem, although a microwave oven available, unfortunately the plates were to large for it. The pool was easily accessible and there were plenty of sun loungers (probably due to time of year). Disappointed that pool bar closed at 4PM (only opened at mid-day). Indoor pool also on site and heated. The staff were excellent on all fronts and a big well done to all of them. The Hotel could do with having the rooms to the rear double glazed, we were situated on the second floor just across from the bin store and a pub on the corner and the noise was a nuisance. The Hotel is opposite the Marina and the main shopping area is only 5 minutes away. All in all a pleasant stay with only concern was the noise level to the rear of the hotel, which I am sure could be dealt with by installing double glazing."

"4 nights catching some sun, we ended up upgrading to one of the sea view rooms on the 4th floor. This was the best think we did, amazing view with a great terrace. Loved it! The food was absolutely fine. I would come back here again. The port was lovely too with a nice snack bar that is opened until late. Pedro, Fatou and Marek were great, in fact all the team were friendly. Thank you all, we will be back!"
