Hotel Condesa

"We arrived very late evening/early morning for a week’s all inclusive stay and were welcomed by a helpful friendly representative on reception and offered something to eat ( which we declined due to tiredness but it was appreciated!) The room was comfortable, clean and serviced daily. There are two restaurants and we tried the smaller one on the first morning but for the remainder of the holiday used the Irena restaurant as there was more choice of good and seating. The good for every meal was very good - huge choice every meal and the salads were very tasty. No complaints! The entertainment every evening tried to cater for everyone. The bar staff and reception staff were super helpful and very friendly. The hotel is right on the beach and close to bus stops. We had a relaxing week and would go again."

"Just returned from a 10-night all-inclusive stay at Hotel Condessa in Alcudia (October 2025). The Good: Excellent location, very close to public transport — which, by the way, is fantastic and cheap. Cleanliness was outstanding; the hotel was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were fantastic — always friendly, approachable, and willing to help. Plenty of sunbeds, each with a parasol, so no early-morning rush. Perfect proximity to the beach and local amenities. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, there were two major downsides for us. The rooms were quite basic and poorly lit — definitely in need of updating. The biggest disappointment was the food. Sadly, around 95% of the meals we had were cold — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ended up eating out most evenings, which isn’t what you expect from an all-inclusive stay. Overall, while the staff and location were excellent, the cold food and dated rooms really let the experience down. For that reason, we wouldn’t stay here again. In our opinion, the 4-star rating is probably more for its beachside location than for the overall quality."

"We chose the hotel where we had stayed before and still had the all-inclusive package. A sea view room was not important this time so we chose a standard room. Unfortunately we got a room with a view of the hotel's garbage station, where you are forced to hear bottles being broken and transported in the middle of the night and early in the morning. In addition, the air conditioning in the room is not working, when we asked to change the room the lady at the reception told us that it was not possible. Since many people do not know how to use the air conditioning, according to the hotel, they are turned off. You have to accept the fan that is brought to you or sleep with the window open. We were also willing to pay extra for another room but no solution was offered, the hotel must have been full, based on previous experiences there is no."
