"To start with the positives:
Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. All of the hotel, toilets, restaurant, pool etc is kept spotlessly clean. Staff work very hard to ensure everything is efficient. Lovely reception, restaurant, accommodation, entertainment staff. The beds were very comfortable, great to have a big fridge in the room. English tv channels were a big bonus as our kids are small we were back in the bungalow early at night. Our towels were changed and beds made daily. access to aqualava waterpark was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I used the washing machine and dryer too which was excellent to get clothes washed (€6 each)
Then the negatives:
We paid over €1800 for 5 nights for 2 adults and 3 children under 7yr in december. We had interconnecting bungalows. The 300 block, very old. Couches on their last legs. Bathroom very old. Bath stained. Grout off tiles, marks and chuncks off doors no cleaning could sort that of out. Locks on enterance sliding door are very flimsy our 2yr old was able to open them. Maybe an upper sliding lock would be good too. The food wasnt great for us. It was a limited choice, The ice cream on the buffet was half melted too. One night for dinner I just had freshly cooked cheese pizza which didn't really taste of much. They go all out for desserts with individual glasses, there wasnt much sinage and everything looked like moose or kinda creme brulee. Not too many options for children. We also thought that the food in the pool wasnt the best.
The children were very excited to see the mini golf sign so we got the clubs. Its in desperate condition, attaching photos here. It really shouldn't be advertised! We did stay most night for some of the kids disco, they are the same everywhere but in the reception part there is the most overpowering air freshner being constanly pumped out, every overpowering. The main pools were cold. So overall for what we paid, I dont think its worth the money at all. Perhaps if the bungalows were in better condition then the price would be justified."
