"Currently here arrived yesterday and I’d like to just say how lovely it is, in spite of the negative reviews for an all inclusive 7 days including everything you could possible want this place is amazing. Staff are incredibly polite and are literally working around the clock constant cleaning, clearing… there is not 1 hour in the day when food isn’t available from hot dogs to toasties to ice cream plus the restaurant at designated times with plenty of options, The rooms are clean spacious yes a little tired but comfortable and your barely in there so nothing to complain about. Hallways and public areas constantly being cleaned, entertainment all day kids are having the most amazing time! Smiles and giggles everywhere it frustrates me the negativity this hotel is lovely. We paid £1000 for a week all inclusive flights 24kg cases each for 2 with jet2- best airline! And have not one complaint from flight to arrival . This is a 3* If you want 5* Book 5* don’t come here then moan about everything, but if your greatful for politeness, 12hrs of sun and a nice hotel with plenty of sunbeds you’ll be really happy here! Thank you BlueBay we’re having the best time only 1 day in!!! Xxx"

"After reading all the negative reviews I had very little expectation of this hotel but boy was I wrong! If anyone is staying here in the future please ignore the negatives and make your own judgement call! Stayed here with my partner and daughter for the half term. Its in a great location with beaches in walking distance for 10 mins apart from each other. We had a fabulous holiday! Infact one of the best 3* hotels we have been too. We have stayed in a 4* in May and the food wasn't as good as bluebay! Bluebay offer a wide range of food and we managed to eat something different each time! You are seated according to the number of people per table which is great as you aren't having a family of 4 taking up a table of 6. We had a one bed apartment which are really spacious with a kitchenette/dining room , sofa bed, ensuite and a spacious balocny. We were also pleasantly surprised as we had coffee facilities and a bottle of water in our fridge on arrival as again the 4* we stayed in we didn't have either of those. Our room was cleaned every day apart from a weds and rightly so they deserve a day off from cleaning up after us. We managed to get a sunbed no problem round the pool area. We only required 2 but you will find families taken up 6 beds for a family of 4. That isn't the hotels fault that's just guests being blatantly greedy and selfish to fellow guests! The staff around the pool bar worked so hard and forever collecting plates and cups from around the grounds. Again picking up after guests that are to bone idle to place them in recycle bins located around the pool area. Entertainment team are beyond fabulous. They too work incredible hard to one entertian us, more so our children. They did a fabulous disney show which they had the children from kids club participate in the show. Each and every single member of staff are a huge credit to that hotel. All super friendly and helpful!Even throughout all the negative backlash they recieve they still continue to power on and try and provide us with the best service they can! The hotel does require a little tlc but some of that again is down to careless guests. Id seen a girl with a ball which led her to smash the glass out of the emergency fire hose and a drunken bloke break one of the lamp posts. You also need to remember this hotel is open 365 days a year which they will have great difficulty in updating the facilities without disrupting peoples holidays.So if you are one of those that will allow that to reuin your holiday then I feel really sorry for you! For those who aren't bothered I wish you a fantastic holiday filled with lots of memories. Would I return again? In a bloody heartbeat!"
