"Don’t believe negative reviews. It’s beautiful. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and cleaned every day, with clean towels and bedding. The pool area is also beautiful in a lovely setting. Views over down to the sea are spectacular. Food is plentiful and lots of choice. Loads of delicious fresh fruit. The setting of the apartments in the woodland is really lovely. The Wednesday hippy market is very busy but good nonetheless. Can’t fault the place at all"

"Could be an amazing 5* but feels like a 2* currently . The room is large and spacious and so is the bed. The grounds are huge , loads of picnic /relaxing areas. Location is great. The place could be a 5 star all inclusive but it’s AWFUL right now. The room large but sparse, bed, fridge, hairdryer NO hooks for towels or clothing , NO gowns. NO kettle facilities. Two bottles of water were provided. NO DRAWERS - just an open wardrobe. The bathroom is tiny and pokey the door opens inwards and the shower door behind the door opens out creating a tiny box that if you’re carrying any extra weight , you ain’t got any chance in getting in or out. There is no where to put your toiletries or hand the towel and a massive boiler in the corner. The shower had a sewerage smell. The back of the shower wall in the bedroom had damp from the shower leaking and a did another wall from an outside planter . On arrival we had a lovely gift of the previous guests crotch stained swim shorts hanging on the window handle. Right outside our room was a lovely seating area of benches and tables, unfortunately smothered in bird poo. And the blind on the bathroom window was totally ineffective that guests using the tables outside got a full view of us wiping our bums and towelling down after a shower, whilst using the bathroom. The restaurant looked great but just all lacking- no tea available at breakfast, only scrambled eggs. Again this could be amazing- if the food standard was better and the staff actually wanted to provide any sort of attentive service . My final thoughts really are - sort it out and I would definitely stay here, it has so much potential. But right now it’s not good"

"A beautiful place to go extremely clean, our room was wonderful we had a superior which was very large although only a little wardrobe space a chest of drawers was desperately needed as I literally lived out of my suitcase there’s so much room for one !! The reception staff are truly wonderful even the lovely young lady insisted on taking my bags and walking us to our room late at night after a much needed complimentary glass of cava!! The pool is excellent well maintained although a few wobbly tiles you need to avoid! The pool bar is a little expensive but the food is delicious and the staff are truly wonderful!! The room was cleaned every day to a high standard and always clean towels. Recommend using the pool towels rather than taking your own as you are given clean ones every day you receive a deposit back when you leave. Only used the restaurant at night once so can’t really comment, breakfast was plentiful something for everyone!! On leaving we had a bit of a walk to reception with heavy bags, a wonderful hotel worker insisted he took our bags as he was walking past at the time!! Service was impeccable will be returning next year thank you for a wonderful stay x"
